Friends of HAVEN

Friends of HAVEN are volunteers who will not interact with clients, and so do not need to attend HAVEN's 70+ hour victim advocate training. Specific opportunities may change over time, but examples include volunteering at events, supporting donor acknowledgment, organizing HAVEN's Clothes Closet, helping with mass mailings, and legislative advocacy. We ask that former clients be out of services for at least six months before volunteering with HAVEN.

We offer a 70+ hour training course that lets you volunteer your time by working with clients or assisting one of our departments.
